Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with insureds, understanding their risk profiles, offering professional advice on reinsurance solutions, and placing reinsurance programs tailored to their specific requirements.
· Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends and emerging risks to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights to insureds.
· Negotiate reinsurance terms and conditions with reinsurers to secure optimal outcomes by leveraging market knowledge and relationships.
· Manage the administration of reinsurance contracts, including processing endorsements, issuing certificates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Review reinsurance contracts and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Analyze financial data, including loss experience, premium volume, and claims reserves, to evaluate the performance of reinsurance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
· Stay informed about regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing reinsurance activities.
· Provide insureds with educational resources and training sessions on reinsurance concepts, practices, and market developments to enhance their understanding and decision-making capabilities.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as local placement, claims, and finance, to coordinate efforts and deliver comprehensive solutions.
· Stay well-informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in reinsurance broking through ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
Nitelikler
· Minimum 2 years of professional experience in insurance, reinsurance, or a relevant field.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively.
· Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and result-oriented approach.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
· Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
