We are looking for a Project Assistant for Token Marketing and Corporate Communications Team.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and organize marketing materials, ensuring accessibility for the team.
- Communicate with the marketing agency for daily operations.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, emails, blogs and websites.
- Collaborate with the related agencies and the marketing team to develop compelling copy that aligns with brand messaging.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- Assist in scheduling meetings,coordinating events, and managing marketing calendars.
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the marketing department.
- Prepare monthly marketing newsletter for the company.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Nitelikler
- Bachelor’s Degree & Student in Business Management,Marketing, or Communication, and possess a passion for marketing communications
- 5-day hybrid working position based in Istanbul
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
